1) Provide us with your Full name and Email

2) In the comment section provide the following :

- Reason of this email (Consignment)

- Name of player

- Type of card (RC, Auto, Patch, Numbered, etc)

- Selling price in $CAD you would like to get for the card ($ range can be provided, ex: 20-30$)

All consignment will be reviewed by our team making sure price is reasonable
